Brooklyn Beckham’s Fitness Rules Over the Years Behind His Toned Physique and Healthy Lifestyle

Back in 2014, at just 14 years old, Brooklyn Beckham made his modelling debut, showcasing a chiseled physique and toned abs while embracing a healthy lifestyle. Now 26 and married to Nicola Peltz, he appears to be more proactive about his personal health and wellness.
From Pilates sessions with his wife to ice baths for recovery, Brooklyn Beckham may have left his modeling career behind, but the habits have clearly stayed with him. Well, let’s have a look at his habits, which sculpted him.
Brooklyn Beckham's Workout Secrets From His Old Trainer
When Brooklyn was just 17 and beginning his modelling career, he trained under the guidance of L.A.-based trainer Chase Weber. While speaking to Elle, Weber revealed the key workouts he made sure Beckham Jr. followed to build a good physique.

Weber explained that he made sure Brooklyn stayed around 150 pounds, and that he usually started his workouts by training his core before moving on to other muscle groups. “[When] you get your body hot before your workout, your workout will go a lot smoother,” says Weber.
Weber used a 3-3-3 method on Brooklyn. He used to run three clusters of three different exercises, repeated three times, with each 15-minute cluster, plus a 15-minute warm-up, adding up to a fast, one-hour high-intensity workout.
"All are based on strength, power, and stability–the three essential elements when training," Weber explains. Well, that was his past, but what about now? Let’s hear it from the man himself.
What Does His Workout Routine Look Like Now?
While speaking with GQ last year, Brooklyn Beckham was asked what his workout routine looks like now, considering that he has moved on from modeling: “I try to run five to six miles every day. I love running outside. I love running in the heat.”
A big fan of running, Brooklyn revealed that the only essential workout machine in his home is a treadmill, “I crank the heat up in the gym and use the treadmill.”
Does he work out in the gym? Certainly, but his exact workout is still a mystery. Given that, what are your thoughts on his training routine? State your opinion in the comments below.
