With Mr. Olympia 2026 just a few months away, the Instagram account for the biggest bodybuilding competition is sharing new updates and past memories of legends like Chris Bumstead.

On June 11, Mr. Olympia LLC shared a backstage photo of the 6-time Mr. Olympia winner, CBum, on Instagram.

In the pics, the retired bodybuilder was seen posing backstage before entering the Mr. Olympia stage in 2024.

The 2024 Mr. Olympia was specifically for CBum's fans and the bodybuilding world.

He made history in Las Vegas by earning his 6th Mr. Olympia title in the Classic Physique division. Not only that, but that year he also announced his retirement from professional bodybuilding.

However, his razor-thin waistline, iconic vacuum pose, and sharp conditioning backstage were the highlights of that event and drew massive attention from other bodybuilders and fans.

His backstage pump-ups and appearances were also so mesmerizing that on October 13, 2024, the Generation Iron YouTube channel shared a short reel showing the bodybuilder pumping up his arms before the competition.

Although Bumstead retired from professional bodybuilding, his backstage posts are still making noise among the fans.

There is no doubt that Bumstead deserves all the praise. Bumstead earned his Pro status at just 21 in 2016 and entered the Mr. Olympia division in 2017.

However, he earned his first title in 2019, and by 2024, he had earned 6 titles. Every year, he has improved and delivered the best one can expect from a Mr. Olympia.
