Cindy Crawford Turns 60 and Finally Opens Up About Her Daily Morning Routine

As Cindy Crawford turns 60, she spills the beans on her morning rituals that keep her effortlessly ageless.
Even at 60, Cindy Crawford still carries the supermodel grace she was known for in the '90s. And after entering her sixth decade, she is finally opening up about her health and wellness routine that shapes her life.
In an interview with Lauryn and Michael Bosstick, the creators of Dear Media, she revealed that when she is at home, she usually practises intermittent fasting.
She wakes up around 6:30 am and starts her day with some movement, and instead of eating right after waking up, she waits till 10:00 am for breakfast.
Her breakfast consists of a smoothie made of coconut milk, half a banana, spinach, mint, collagen, protein powder, cocoa, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, and a sprinkle of maca on top.
She also makes sure to eat a variety of food items, but avoids gluten, as it doesn't suit her. However, she admitted to enjoying some pasta if she is in Europe.
Kaia Gerber's mom also avoids bread; for lunch, she typically opts for a salad, sometimes with or without chicken. For dinner, she eats protein, paired with vegetables. All her meals are made of whole foods, and nothing in them is processed. Talking about her dinner ritual, she once told Into The Gloss:
“We’ll go for sushi, or if we eat at home, I’ll try to make a meal like turkey meatballs with pasta, a salad, and a vegetable.”
What does the rest of her morning routine look like?
The rest of her morning is very eventful. Her mornings are incomplete without her Bible recap, and as it plays, she dry brushes her body and uses a gua sha on her face.
She loves walking barefoot on the grass to the jacuzzi and calls it her ‘gratitude to me' time. It is where she thinks through her day and tries to troubleshoot.
She then applies some serum and makes coffee with a little collagen and a little half-and-half and hits the gym.
After finishing her workout, if she has time, she will go into the sauna and cold plunge. If not, she will head straight to the shower and then finish doing the rest of her skin care.
The last step of her morning routine includes applying an anti-ageing cream and an eye cream, before adding a light touch of makeup, and owning the day.
