Cindy Crawford’s Daughter Kaia Gerber Stays Healthy With Simple Approaches

Kaia Gerber has been turning heads with her chiseled physique lately. As Cindy Crawford’s daughter, the pressure to stay runway-ready was real, but she’s owned it, and the best part? Her routine is something that is easy to replicate.

In a conversation with Nike, Kaia Gerber’s fitness trainer, Kirsty Godso, revealed that their workouts revolve around a wide spectrum of activities.
"We do it all. We do strength. We do Pilates-based stuff. We do running, we do high intensity, we do conditioning, we stretch," said Godso. The Kiwi fitness icon further expressed that recovery shines when you have a good plan, "Recovery is much better when you have a well rounded training plan."
Given that, Godso, in one of her conversations with Vogue, revealed the go-to workout methods she has Kaia follow, many of which can be done at home as well.
- Glutes:
Wall Glute Bridge = 15–20 reps × 3 rounds
Single-Leg Wall Glute Bridge (Advanced) = 15–20 reps each leg × 3 rounds - Posture:
Wall Goal-Post Arm Slides / Wall Angels = 6–8 slow reps × 2–3 rounds - Core:
Hands-Free Sit-to-Stand = done throughout the day
Wall-Supported March = 20 slow marches × 3 rounds
For long, lean legs, she does seashells 30 times, leg raises 30 times, leg pulses for 10 seconds, and clams 30 times, then repeats the sequence on the other leg.
Apart from these workouts, she also enjoys hiking and cycling, often sharing posts on social media about going on hikes and bike rides with her mother. What about her diet? Well, let’s have a look at that as well.
Kaia Gerber Diet
The model rarely shares anything about her diet, but back in 2018, during a conversation with Bazaar, she revealed a complete schedule of her eating.
- Breakfast:
Bagel from the deli, “so I always eat a bagel. My family gets a dozen from this deli called Nate ’n Al every weekend,” she said in her conversation with Bazaar. - In more recent interviews with Refinery29 and ELLE, Kaia Gerber revealed that she also prefers smoothies, yogurt with granola, and lots of coffee. On Monday mornings, she also has a spoonful of sea moss gel.
- Lunch:
“I love to grab lunch with friends at Café Habana Malibu. They have really good steak tacos and a Cuban-style banana split with caramelized plantains,” she said in 2018. - Dinner:
Pasta of any kind, but “Penne with vodka sauce” is her all-time favorite.
Apart from that, after her workouts, she generally has smoothies to hydrate, and she drinks three Hydro Flasks of water per day.
