Dana White drops 30 pounds with $120K ‘Superhuman’ routine!

UFC President Dana White is feeling like he's 25 again. His secret is a $120,000 'Superhuman Protocol' that transformed his health after a grim diagnosis in 2022. This routine combines advanced technology and intense personal discipline.
After being diagnosed with high triglyceride levels in 2022, UFC president Dana White underwent a costly, science-backed transformation. His routine combines technology, training, and consistent discipline.
On April 2, BoxLife Magazine posted on their Instagram captioning, “Dana White’s 'Superhuman Protocol’ helped him lose 30 pounds and regain his peak energy.” The post was originally based on an old YouTube video shared by the official UFC channel on March 23, 2024.
The post further revealed that White’s “Superhuman Protocol” cost him almost $120K, and it includes:
- Pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy
- Cold plunging
- Exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT)
- Red-light therapy
The UFC CEO began his transformation journey with human biologist Gary Brecka, and after consistently following this protocol, White admitted in a YouTube video that he now feels like a “25-year-old again.” So let’s take a deep dive into his routine.
Dana White's PEMF therapy
White revealed that he sleeps on a PEMF pad every night. Brecka said that it mimics “magnetism and low-gauss current that we get from the Earth.”
This helps in “eliminating waste” and "detoxifying” the body. It also assists in “repairing” tissue and promotes better circulation.
Cold plunging
After waking up, White prefers a 50°F cold plunge for 3 minutes. In the video, he further said it “is my d*** of choice, I don't think anything makes you feel better for longer.”
According to research from the National Library of Medicine, cold plunging helps stabilize insulin levels. In the video, Brecka emphasized that cold plunging also boosts mood by “releasing endorphins and dopamine” and increasing “metabolism.”
Exercise with oxygen therapy
Biologists believe that “the presence of oxygen is the absence of disease.” He also revealed that UFC President practices exercising with oxygen therapy. It will help “to repair, to regenerate, and to detoxify” the body.
So, a 56-year-old performs light aerobic exercise for 10-12 minutes during this EWOT therapy. It typically involves:
- Walking/mild jogging (3 sets for 3 minutes each)
- Intense exercise (3 sets for 30 seconds each)
During this EWOT session, the machine pumps almost 900 liters of oxygen into White’s body.
Red-light therapy
The UFC CEO uses this red light therapy for 20 minutes. It is also called photobiomodulation, which involves exposing the body to near-infrared light of various wavelengths (usually between 600 and 850 nm).

It helps the body in several ways, such as
- Inflammation reduction
- Increases collagen production
- Improves eyesight
- Boost mitochondrial function
After finishing all these therapy sessions and working out daily, he quickly dives into his workout routines. This commitment to intense gym sessions and a superhuman protocol helps him surpass his declining health and maintain a healthy, disease-free life.
