Danielle Fishel Reveals the Workout Routine Behind Her Body Transformation

Losing weight isn’t easy to begin with. With dozens of fad diets and grueling workouts making rounds on the internet, it can be easy to fall prey to unhealthy hacks. 90s star Danielle Fishel recently took to social media to reveal her incredible transformation, leaving the internet stunned and full of questions.

A recent Instagram post revealed Fishel looking toned and fit in a black mini-dress. Netizens immediately jumped to the comment section to ask her about the secret behind her transformation. Fishel revealed a fairly simple workout routine and diet that included weight lifting, walking, and her passion- dancing. She also enjoys Pilates every once in a while.

"My legs are very toned. My arms are very toned, and we're not even to the first live show yet, so I truly cannot imagine what I'm gonna look like when this is done." She admits to Hello magazine how she looks and feels great after losing five pounds of mostly water weight in eight days.

Fishel is a big advocate of consistency. While she puts in regular work at the gym, she would also rehearse six days a week when competing on Dancing with the Stars. Furthermore, she emphasizes the importance of regular stretching for flexibility and mobility.

Interestingly, Fishel revealed how she started focusing more on hydration, clean eating, and rest and recovery. These became the key cornerstones to her incredible transformation.

Danielle Fishel Shares Her Recovery Work Routine

Fishel’s transformation did not happen overnight. Neither did it happen by spending hours at the gym performing grueling workouts.

Instead, it was a product of a series of sustainable habits. Along with daily strength training and mobility work, she focused on recovery. This included having more electrolyte water and having a clean diet. Her typical food choices include brown rice, asparagus, broccoli, steak, shrimp, or chicken.

She also admits how daily stretching, every morning and night, has immensely helped her manage soreness and maintain mobility.

"Stretching has become a non-negotiable for me,” she said to People Magazine.

Other than the basics, she admits to enjoying cold plunges as a part of her recovery work. Moreover, she sticks to ice therapy in the case of any injuries. She also takes professional massage therapy to help her with pain, soreness, and injury.

After long, tiresome days, she also opts for Epsom salt baths. This is a brilliant recovery tool often used by athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

Fishel’s transformation journey followed simple, basic concepts that everyone can apply in their own lives. Have you ever tried cold plunges or an Epsom salt bath after a particularly tough workout?
