Sarah Green, a famous fitness influencer, faced the worst nightmare a parent could imagine, as her 23-year-old daughter, Honor Forrest, passed away in late February.

The wellness coach herself revealed the news on February 24, through an Instagram post which read, “My beautiful daughter, Honor. Forever my baby. Our hearts are broken. There are no words for this kind of pain. As her family and her closest friends, we are holding each other close and leaning on our faith to navigate each day”.

She continued, “Please respect our privacy at this unbearable time and for those who wish to help…pray for us”.

Grenn celebrated Forrest’s 23rd birthday in July 2025 by posting a montage of snaps from several points in her daughter’s life. In the post, Green also admitted that Forrest was forever her biggest fan.

The caption to her post celebrating Forrest’s 23rd birthday read, “My firstborn, first baby, first love, 23 Today. More beautiful, clever, funny, and loving than you know. I’m so proud of you."

According to another Instagram post by Green on March 3, a memorial dedicated to Green will be held on March 18. She stated, “If you love her, we welcome you to join us to celebrate her beautiful 23 years of life. Instead of flowers, we would prefer, as a family, any donations go to @mindcharity."

While many celebrity women, fitness coaches, and fans have offered their condolences and sent their love to the family, the mother of Forrest recently shared another tribute to her late daughter.

On March 8, Green lamented the loss of her daughter by posting a montage of photos where they were together. The disheartening caption read, “My baby girl… If only love could have saved you ."

Though Sarag did not reveal any details about Forrest’s death, according to People magazine, she added some hashtags such as #saynotod*** and #mentalhealth on the post. They highlighted two significant issues that are claiming numerous lives every year: mental health and d*** abuse.

Well, she later deleted those hashtags, but she might have revealed a bit more than she wanted. Regardless of all this, Green's loss remains incomparable.
