Electronic music is often associated with late nights, parties, and alcohol, but it is different for David Guetta, despite being one of the pioneers of the genre. At 57, Guetta has chosen a life of discipline.

On March 14, Men's Active magazine posted an Instagram video that featured clips of the various workouts Guetta performs to maintain a toned physique even at this age. The caption to the post revealed that the French DJ does not s**** or d**** and prefers living a healthy lifestyle, which includes his diet routine. He prioritizes protein-rich meals and has completely forbidden refined sugar in his diet.

“My lifestyle was always healthy, but I’m not in my 20s anymore. Even if you’re healthy but not extra healthy, something not good is going to happen. You just have to work harder,” said Guetta.

After his stomach surgery and interruptions to his training routine, Guetta rebuilt his approach with longevity in mind, shifting the focus from aesthetics to long-term health.

Guetta's current regimen blends structured weight training, steady cardio, and his new Technogym’s AI-powered Biostrength equipment workouts are designed to push his body safely to failure. The goal isn’t simply looking fit, it’s staying strong enough to keep doing what he loves in the years to come.

Guetta's weekly routine reflects that philosophy. Guetta trains with weights four times a week, spending about 45 minutes to an hour on strength sessions.

Cardio is scheduled three times a week for around 30 minutes, usually on a stationary bike or through brisk walking. Whether he’s at home or training in a yacht gym, the routine stays the same.

While David Guetta’s disciplined fitness routine keeps him performing at the highest level, the DJ offered fans a glimpse of how that lifestyle plays out even on vacation.

On December 12, 2025, David Guetta shared moments from a workout session on board, turning the boat’s gym space into a family training zone. The 58-year-old showed off his toned physique as he powered through a strength session, using a lat pull-down machine while dressed in a pair of tight grey shorts.

The workout didn’t stop at weights either. Guetta later switched to cardio, running on a treadmill with a panoramic ocean view stretching behind him.

The gym session soon became a family affair. His son Elvis joined in with an arm workout, while his youngest son Cyan, just 22 months old, playfully explored the equipment handles nearby.

Sharing the moment on Instagram, Guetta revealed that the yacht’s gym featured equipment from one of his favourite fitness brands, adding that the space had turned the trip into a workout experience for the whole family.
