Donald Trump’s Diet Revealed After 20-Pound Weight Loss

Old age is 10 years behind Donald Trump. With his 80th birthday looming, it is becoming an imperative question: how does he keep so fit?

According to a report from White House physician Navy Capt. Sean Barbella, the President's latest medical checkup revealed he is 20 pounds lighter than he was during a 2020 examination, which had previously shown him bordering on obesity.

Trump sure is not the one to follow rulebooks, and that has been quite evident. We also know he does not follow any hard-and-fast rules to stay healthy.

Trump allegedly consumes up to 12 cans of Diet Coke a day, which amounts to around 552mg of daily caffeine, well above the 400 mg daily limit, which is considered safe by the FDA for adult consumption.

Trump also likes playing golf. This is an activity, but it would barely be considered a workout.

According to Fox Baltimore, Trump said during an event on maternal healthcare that he feels the same as he felt when he was 50. 

"I feel literally the same," he said. "I don't know why. It's not because I eat the best foods."

Donald Trump reportedly never touched coffee, alcohol, or tobacco. So what is his eating routine like on a day-to-day basis?

What Does Trump Like To Eat Daily?

Donald Trump’s diet is famously unconventional for a president. He has stuck to it for decades, showing little interest in greens or “healthy” meals. As per the Economic Times, his days are fueled by fast food, well-done steaks, and a constant flow of Diet Coke.

When he eats, it’s usually eggs, bacon, or something simple. Lunch and dinner lean heavily toward McDonald’s. This is a typical order that includes two Big Macs, two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches, and a chocolate shake, or sometimes a Quarter Pounder with fries. 

KFC fried chicken and pizza are also regulars. Trump prefers his steak well-done, drowned in ketchup, and often pairs it with French fries.

Apart from the 12 cans of Diet Coke, he snacks on Oreos, ice cream, and candy throughout the day. Vegetables are almost nonexistent on his plate.

Even in the White House, Trump’s eating habits haven’t changed much. Staff has described his love for fast food as both a comfort and a security preference, as he trusts chains like McDonald’s more than unfamiliar meals. While health experts often criticize it, Trump has repeatedly said he feels great and has “perfect health.”
