Dorian Yates puts ‘Bodybuilding’s Kendall Jenner’ through a brutal workout

Six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates dropped a surprise collaboration. He teamed up with influencer Vladislava Galagan for a workout that pushed 'Bodybuilding's Kendall Jenner' to her absolute limits.
Yate's collaboration with Vladislava Galagan, which she uploaded on March 20 on YouTube, comes just two months after his first collaboration with Andrew Huberman.
For Galagan, it was a once-in-a-lifetime honor. "First day in Marbella, Spain. Another experience off my bucket list. Training with @thedorianyates AND surviving after!" she posted on her Instagram. So here's what that workout looked like.
Machine pullover
After the warm-up, they transitioned to a lat pullover machine to focus on their back. The bodybuilding legend is also seen demonstrating the proper technique for the exercise.

He also emphasized the importance of slowing down to gain more benefits. Yates suggested taking 3 seconds to pull down the machine and 3 seconds to release it.
He said, “That’s why we’re trying to slow it down a bit because your muscle is stronger during the negative. If we’re just going to go through it quickly, it's not going to get exhaustive.”
Yates later added more weight to the lat pullover machine and asked Galagan to push her physical limits.
Though she did well, when she tried to comment on the session, Yates said, “No talking. There’s no talking allowed.”
Reverse grip lat pulldowns
During their next exercise, Galagan was visibly exhausted, but Yates took her to the pull-down bar to work her biceps.
They started with a medium set and then gradually increased the weight for the full effect, and Yates asked her to slow down.
One-arm dumbbell rows
Yates said, “We’re going from the shoulders a little bit back towards the hip."
He continued, “Remember what I said, here’s your upper arm, right? Down and back. Just think about that motion rather than thinking about where the dumbbell has to go here or there.”
During the workout, Yates suggested not trying to roll over the body and asked her to keep facing down.
Cable rows
Their next workout was cable rows to target the upper back.
He said, “It’s going to be a bit more upper back, rhomboids, mid-trapezius, yeah? I let the shoulder go forward, but I don’t collapse the lower back. I don’t worry about where it goes, I pull.”
Bent-over dumbbell raises
Yates always prefers to finish his workout with bent-over dumbbell raises, and he also pushed Galagan through this.
As an old-school finisher, Yates pushed Galagan through bent-over dumbbell raises.
Yates said, “This is old-school. I don’t see people doing this anymore because they got machines and cables. It’s basically the reverse of a dumbbell fly if you think about it. I’m going to be parallel to the floor.”
After completing the session, the bodybuilding legend said it is important for gym goers to use barbells, machines, and dumbbells to target specific muscle groups because free weights follow the body's path.
Comparing machines and free weights, he said, “There are advantages and disadvantages to both, so I say use both.”
Their 45-minute workout session ended abruptly. But before that, he had Galagan do some dumbbell flies.
