Eddie Hall’s Physical Transformation Earns Stefi Cohen, Milos Sarcev, and Others’ Attention
Raised in Staffordshire, Eddie Hall was not always drawn to the gym. But his birthday post showed a completely different person.
A high-level competitive swimmer in his youth, Hall's focus shifted from the pool to the weight room after being expelled from school. He has consistently credited swimming as key to his discipline and focus.
On January 15, Eddie Hall revealed his physical transformation. Sharing a series of photographs on his Instagram, he captioned, “It’s my Birthday 🥳 38 trips around the sun ☀️ Built, broken, rebuilt… over and over again! Different ages. Different bodies. Same mindset. Fight news is impending.”
“I first got into lifting weights when I was expelled from school at 14. Rather than sit at home w****** all day, I decided to go to the gym,” Eddie Hall said in a conversation with the media.
Staying in the gym and working out kept him away from shady influences, “I found that going to the gym kept me safe, kept me sane, kept my mentality up.”
Not only did the weight changes stabilize his physique, but they also gave him a new purpose in life: to be a bodybuilder and the strongest man.
Well, his 38th birthday post caught the attention of the masses, who couldn’t help but wish the former strongest man.
