Bodybuilding legends Lenda Murray and Andrea Shaw have teamed up. The duo, with 14 Ms. Olympia titles between them, just posted a glimpse of their new workout. Their collaboration is already drawing huge praise online ahead of the full video release.

The 8x Ms. Olympia took to her Instagram handle to share a collaboration post with the modern-day queen of bodybuilding, offering a sneak peek into their chest workout with a caption that read, “When the greatest step into the gym, you pay attention.”

The full episode of their workout will be dropping on OlympiaTV’s YouTube handle, but they certainly gave a glimpse of what the episode might include: “Bench Press, Flat Dumbbell Press, Incline Smith Machine Press, and High, Mid & Low Cable Flys.”

Well, their full video is yet to drop, but it has already garnered a lot of support from fans. “You ladies are beautiful!! Lendaaa! We need this BodiTeaaa suit!!,” wrote IFBB Dani Myrie.

She is not alone; the comment section was filled with appreciation, as fitness influencer Cyd Gillon wrote, “Y'all look beautiful!!” The duo's immense fan following has shown strong support. Lenda ruled the ’90s era of Ms. Olympia, while Andrea is ruling the modern era of Ms. Olympia.

And the former Ms. Olympia seems quite satisfied with how the modern Ms. Olympia is carrying forward the legacy.

Lenda Murray Backs the Current Generation of Women’s Bodybuilding

When Ms. Olympia was pulled from the competition lineup in 2014, it shook the bodybuilding world. The decision, driven by factors like declining popularity and revenue, was a major setback for women's bodybuilding. However, its return in 2020 has brought massive popularity back to the sport.

Speaking to Isabelle Turell on the Fit Rockstar show back in 2022, Lenda Murray proudly expressed, “Bodybuilding, we are the beginning, and we laid the foundation for you.” She further expressed that when she sees champions like Andrea Shaw, she is pleased that the sport is just getting better.

“We are definitely back on track, I feel,” she explained. “Because of women’s bodybuilding, this sport is really flourishing in all the other divisions. So, they’ve greatly benefited.”
