At 80, most people ease into a slower rhythm, but the Ghostbusters icon Ernie Hudson still looks jacked and he has his own method to maintain his health.
On February 10, Hudson did an interview with Men’s Health where the Ghostbusters actor stressed the benefits of exercising regularly. He also called it the only way to live well long-term.
His advice to the older ones like him? Be as "flexible" and "mobile" as possible. Hudson said, "So, it's really important to get the exam, to stay flexible, to stay as mobile as you can. The older you get, you want to be at least flexible so you're not stumbling and falling down, which is the number one hazard: falling and breaking something."

Hudson revealed that back home in Los Angeles, he has hired a trainer who helps him work out two to three times a week. However, when he’s traveling or in New York, he trains alongside his son, Ernest Hudson.
Much of his workout is built in such a manner that it doesn’t stress his body too much, especially since he is 80. Because of that, the main focus is concentrated on his upper body.
