Eve Torres’ Fitness Evolution From Peak WWE Days to BJJ Training Over the Years

From winning the 2007 WWE Diva Search to emerging as a standout performer in the early 2010s, Eve Torres Gracie enjoyed an impressive career.
However, none of this would have been possible without her dedication to fitness. Now married to renowned jiu-jitsu practitioner Rener Gracie, Torres actively trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu herself. But the journey from wrestling to jiu-jitsu has been long. Let's see what it looked like.

The former WWE Diva Search winner used to train multiple times a week. However, her real workout routine remains a mystery. During her career, she provided a roadmap for many individuals on how to burn unnecessary calories without using any equipment.
In one of her YouTube videos dated December 11, 2011, Torres explained how even simple stairs can be an effective workout tool if you have the intent.

After stepping away from WWE in 2013, Eve made a complete transition to grappling and self-defense. She is married to Rener Gracie, one of the most renowned names in BJJ.
