Ex-Patriots Star Stefon Diggs Hits the Gym for a Midnight Workout Session
Right after a recent court case found Stefon Diggs not guilty, the Ex-Patriots wide receiver has jumped right into action—no excuses. And this time with greater fervor, hitting the gym at odd hours.
The WR's friend, music exec Steven Victor, shared video clips of Diggs' celebratory late-night gym session at 10 pm, after he was freed of all charges in his strangulation, assault, and battery charges.
An NFL enthusiast and Diggs fan reposted the clips on X, with the caption: "Role Model: Former Patriots WR Steffon Diggs immediately went to the gym to put the work in after his court case. Diggs embodies the 'work-hard, play-hard' mentality. It's hard not to love this guy 🔥."
Fans saw the Ex-Patriots star hit the treadmill and do exercises like medicine ball wall slams and weighted chin-up holds, centering mobility and athletic strength in the session.
A salute to his unwavering passion and determination, the gym session not only symbolizes Diggs' "never quit" steadfast mindset. It also highlights his ability to take a fall and get back up on his feet.
His recent court case only further proves that tenacity.
Stefon Diggs spars battery charges, lands a not guilty verdict
The 4x Pro Bowl WR was accused of a heated dispute by his former live-in chef, Jamila Adams. She alleged that Diggs had hit and strangled her in an incident on December 2.
The WR, who faced charges of strangulation, misdemeanor assault, and battery, underwent a trial of 2 days before the Massachusetts jury found him not guilty. Video footage and evidence were presented before the court, further solidifying Diggs' position.
Moreover, his attorney, Mitchell Schuster, also questioned the motives behind these sudden allegations, stating, "Mr. Diggs was wrongly accused, and this case represents exactly the kind of opportunistic targeting that players can face the moment they step off the field."
However, these allegations, although proven false, have a life of their own. The Ex-Patriots star is still under speculation of receiving disciplinary actions from the NFL, as NFL spokesperson Brian McCarthy shared: "We have been monitoring all developments in the matter, which remains under review of the personal conduct policy."
Diggs, as of now, remains a free agent following his release from the New England Patriots in March 2026, after just one season.
But, even through these obstacles, Stefon Diggs' calm under pressure, determination, and resilience are clearly on display. Should Stefon Diggs be allowed to return to the NFL game scene? Share your thoughts below.
