The Hollywood reel can be demanding. Yet actresses like Anne Hathaway continue to stun audiences even in their late 40s and 50s. And it's not some secret magic formula, but rather a reliable fitness plan that keeps these stars in their prime.

Analyzing the health and fitness strategy of top Hollywood names like Salma Hayek, Halle Berry, Jennifer Lopez, and Anne Hathaway, a face-fitness trainer took to Instagram to share her perspective on their seemingly everlasting beauty.

And while plastic surgeries or the next fitness trend feel like the obvious explanation, Anastasiia Burdiug argues that the reason behind it is much simpler.

"A beautiful, toned face and body? In 99% of cases — it’s daily work," Burdiug wrote on Instagram, highlighting the importance of consistency and showing up for yourself.

At 59, Hayek does that through daily movement, HIIT sessions, and restorative yoga. Hathaway takes a different approach, training 5x each week, incorporating elements of ballet, dance, Pilates, and yoga.

Jennifer Lopez's workout set includes high-intensity cardio and strength training exercises, and boxing is a discipline she swears by. Even at 56, Lopez's padwork sessions look no less than a highlight reel.

All these fitness plans, although diverse, have a single common thread: "Small steps. Every day."

Face fitness is just the same, and even Hollywood stars recognize facial yoga as a part of their fitness routine.

As Burdiug argues, a clean, toned, and contoured face is the product of more than genes or how your face structure always has been. In fact, just 2 weeks of mindful exercises can reduce puffiness, resulting in a more lifted look.

Seems like such exercises are not only effective, they are also a reliable technique many top names count on. Hathaway, who keeps defying age, owes some of it to her facialist, Su-Man Hsu, and routine facial yoga techniques.

And she's not the only actress to include that in her workout routine. Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, and many other stars also mark facial yoga on their calendars.

Perhaps, sometimes fitness secrets aren't some shiny new fad, but rather showing up for your body and face with intent and passion. And these Hollywood stars are all proof of it.
