52-Year-Old Victoria Beckham Unleashes Gym Hard Work and a Wholesome Moment With Partner David Beckham

Victoria Beckham is demonstrating her elite fitness levels at 52. The star recently shared Instagram footage of a seamless pull-up routine. Husband David Beckham watched the display in defeat. The couple currently trains five days a week with a former judo champion.

The 52-year-old shared a video on Instagram in which she was seen hanging from the bars, performing pull-ups seamlessly. That was the first part of the slide; the next part showed a defeated David Beckham squatting down and hiding his face.

The caption explained it the best. It read, "While some of us work hard in the gym …….. @davidbeckham." Besides her fashion sense and singing career, Victoria Beckham is known for having one of the best physiques in Hollywood. And one thing she is applauded for is maintaining that toned figure well into her 50s.

And this isn't the first time Posh Spice has given fans a little glimpse into how she maintains her figure. From time to time, Beckham shares snippets of her working out in the gym. Three years ago, she shared Instagram posts of herself perfectly doing an overhead squat. Subsequently, she occasionally shared posts of performing tricep dips and a hip flexor stretch.

In one of her videos, she shared a 6-day workout routine that she and her husband, David Beckham, follow. The duo has been training with David's friend and a former Team GB judoka, Bobby Rich, since 2022.

And talking to Men's Health magazine, the football legend said, "I’ve been trying to get Victoria to work out with Bob for years, and she finally agreed. We now do five days a week, sometimes six, together."

Victoria starts her gym sessions with half an hour on the StairMaster or the VersaClimber, and then the Beckhams train with Rich for an hour. Their training includes compound moves like the deadlift, squat, bench press, pull-ups, and push-ups. Their training is based on five basic moves:

  • Squats for pressing off the floor
  • Deadlifts for pulling off the floor
  • Bench press for pressing weight away from you
  • Single-arm row for pulling the weight towards you
  • Weighted twists as rotational exercises
