Bodybuilding podcaster Fouad Abiad has a stark warning for Martin Fitzwater. Following recent on-stage tension with rival Nick Walker, Abiad claims Fitzwater's behavior is doing more damage than he realizes.

The tension increased after the Arnold Classic’s results were announced, with Fitzwater finishing 4th and Walker taking 2nd. Online critics noted that Martin seemed to skip Walker and congratulated others on stage.

In another post shared by BTSTV TV, Martin was seen visibly happy and enjoying the moment when it was announced that Walker did not win the show.

Now, on March 9, BTS TV shared a clip from the Real Bodybuilding podcast where Abiad was seen saying, “Martin is not doing himself any favors. And you know what? There's a lot more than that. We're only showing this stuff on stage because I don't want to be a complete d***.”

He continued, “There's a whole bunch of online stuff on his own page of him going back and forth with people. There's a whole bunch of DMs that people are sending me. There's voicemails that you've shared with me of him scolding people.”

He added, “After just beating Samson in Prague, even after the whole thing with Giles and hitting his phone, everybody kind of gave him a pass.”

Previously, Martin defeated 2024 Mr. Olympia Samson Dauda at the 2025 EVLS Prague Pro. At the same event, he confronted journalist Giles Thomas.

Amid the backlash, things took another turn.

Martin Fitzwater shut down his social media

On March 8, whoisthebestbb gave an update that Martin would shut down his social media.

According to them, “Martin Fitzwater has decided to close his social media accounts due to the avalanche of criticism he received and the great disappointment of his 4°TH place finish”.

Even today, on March 9, Fitzwater himself posted one of his shredded physique pictures on Instagram with the message, “goodbye.”

In the meantime, another update has been posted by bodybuildingproject_comunidad that Martin has lost his partnership with Elev8 Foods.

As per sources, the recent event did not align with the brand's values.
