Four-Time Men’s Physique Mr. Olympia Jeremy Buendia Says Ryan Terry Is “Beatable”

Four-time Mr. Olympia Jeremy Buendia has a message for current champion Ryan Terry.

Initially, Buendia spoke positively about Terry, despite their competitive rivalry.

“I don't have a single bad thing to say about Ryan Terry. I think he's an amazing person. I think he's an amazing competitor. But I do think he's beatable. So I don't think, you know, it's undeniable. He's proven so the last three years and I'm very proud of him for that. But I don't think he's an unbeatable physique.”

Buendia has a simple explanation. “Other guys that have progressively gotten better year after year and have been narrowing that gap on him.”

Last year, while Terry completed his trifecta, Ali Bilal was close behind, finishing in second place. However, Bilal won the Arnold Classic Men's Physique. Additionally, Erin Banks, fourth place finisher at Mr. Olympia Men's Physique 2026, was behind when Bilal won in second place.

The 2026 Arnold Classic will reveal more contenders, but for now, let's see what rivals see happening for Terry.

Ali Bilal predicts Ryan Terry's future

On “The Men’s Physique Show” podcast, Ali Bilal was asked whether he would win the title from Ryan terry on 2026.

In response, he said, “I don’t think Ryan can improve a lot more. For me, I’m going to be 100%, and if Ryan misses, you know? That’s it. So, he has to be like, 100%. He can keep winning,”

He also compared Ryan Terry and his future in the sport by saying, “He can do it maybe one more year, but I don’t know how that going to take. It’s gonna be three more years or four more years of behind. He is going to be like 40 plus, and I’m going to be 32 or 33. I’m gonna win eventually.”
