4-Weight Champion Adrien Broner Shows Positive Transformation Following 7-Day Workout
Adrien Broner's 7-day comeback is already showing. The former professional boxer and 4-weight champion has not set foot in the ring in over 2 years. However, he is now getting ready to get back in shape.
During his prime, Broner had a successful career, winning titles such as Super Featherweight: earned the WBO title in 2011, earned the WBC title in the lightweight division in 2012, claimed the WBA title in the welterweight division in 2013, and earned the WBA title in the super lightweight division in 2015.
However, the champion has not been in good shape in recent years. According to a July 10 X post published by Daily Loud, “Adrien Broner says he’s committed to getting back in shape as part of his 45-day streaming marathon, with a goal of losing his stomach and staying consistent in the gym.”
It is now clear that Broner is working hard to fulfill that goal. On July 17, the Instagram account of Deen The Great shared a post showing Broner looking more than before. The post was captioned, “First week results. What y'all think?”

From the clip, it was clear that Broner has definitely lost some of his belly fat during the 7-day transformation process.
The 45-day streaming marathon, which Broner is doing with frequent collaborator Deen The Great, started on July 8.
Apart from that, Broner also has another goal behind this transformation, and that is to fight against Ryan Garcia.
In a recent stream, he was joined by Ray J, where Broner said about the Garcia fight, “I don’t care about his shape.” He also revealed that he will wait before fighting him.
After seeing the interview, Garcia, who has never fought a professional match against Broner, replied, “I'm very happy that Adrien is locking in now and is going to take better care of himself. As far as my response to him saying he could beat me, anyone can think anything… I personally don't give him a chance, but he has every right to feel that way.”
Now, let's see what Broner’s daily workout approach is to get in shape again?
Adrien Broner’s Workout for the Transformation
Broner’s workout routine during the Lockd-in-A-Thon comeback process includes 2 to 3 workout sessions daily. In most of the sessions, Broner can be seen working out with Dean The Great.
His workout sessions mainly focus on strict boxing rituals, high-intensity cardio, and bodyweight conditioning. Apart from that, the regimen cuts out alcohol and requires a clean diet.
- Some of the components of Broner’s intense daily training look like:
- Morning cardio: Broner mostly runs on the treadmill for up to 7 miles
- Boxing fundamentals: Broner practices hours of boxing
- Bodyweight conditioning: his daily targets include push-ups, abdominal work, and pull-ups
- Recovery: For recovery, Broner takes ice baths and uses the sauna.
