Hailey Bieber reveals postpartum workout routine after baby Jack

Hailey and Justin Bieber welcomed their first son, Jack, in 2024 after being married for 7 years. Recently, she revealed her postpartum workout routine and the amazing results that came with it.

If anyone did not know that Hailey is a new mother, they would not have believed it from the impressive, model-like pictures she shared on Instagram, wearing micro hotpants paired with a charcoal sports bra and a taupe crop top.

"Ever since I had my son, there has been a lot," said Bieber as per Hello!

In the video, as posted by Hello!, Hailey powers through Romanian deadlifts, her physique visibly stronger than pre-pregnancy.

Hailey is definitely more inclined toward strength training and trains under Kirsty Godso, but at the end of her workout videos, she posted a picture of herself standing in front of a Pilates bed.

"I love Pilates, I really do. But I think it's become a little bit of a fad, and it’s really hard to find really good teachers who care about form." Hailey said during an interview with Time Magazine for their Time 100 Most Influential Companies issue.

Still, Hailey hasn't cut Pilates entirely. She followed the strength-training clip with a photo of herself on a reformer bed, keeping a foot in both camps as she rebuilds her fitness routine postpartum.

Throwback: Hailey Bieber diet reveal showed her Pescetarian shift years before Rhode fame

Long before Rhode made Hailey Bieber a billion-dollar beauty queen, she was quite vocal about how she shifted her diet and how it changed her entire lifestyle.

Throwback to 2021, Hailey often shared Instagram stories addressing her followers about her journey of becoming a pescetarian; she cut out all kinds of meat except fish. According to HELLO! In the magazine, she described the change as transformative at the time.

"I have never felt better! Feel so clear and energetic," Hailey wrote, crediting the swap to more vegetarian and vegan-leaning meals.

The throwback also revives her long-running approach to meals: eggs, oatmeal, or a smoothie for breakfast, and salads, grilled fish, or the occasional sandwich for lunch, details she shared years earlier with ELLE and later recapped by BeautyCrew.
