The Andrew Jacked vs Samson Dauda debate just got a strong opinion attached to it.

Former IFBB pro Dominic Cardone weighed in on the comparison during a recent appearance on the Cutler Cast podcast with host Jay Cutler, and he didn't hesitate to pick a side.

Cutler posed the question directly: who has the best body in professional bodybuilding, Andrew Jacked or Samson Dauda? Cardone's answer came without hesitation.

"Overall physique? To me, I'm gonna go on the side of Andrew," Cardone said. “Super wide shoulders, tiny waist, super round muscle bellies, crazy arms. And when he comes in shape, he's a problem. He will expose all your weaknesses.”

He pointed to Jacked's improving lower half and his height and muscle roundness as another factor tipping the scales in his favor. 

“Legs have come up, backsides come up,” said Cardone via the Cutler Cast as posted on Instagram. “When he stands next to the guys, because he's so tall and so wide, yet so round, he stands out massively.

That's a significant backing heading into the 2026 Mr. Olympia, which begins on 24th September. Jacked and Dauda are both expected to be central figures in the open bodybuilding hierarchy. Dauda has built his own reputation around mass and thickness, but Cardone's comments suggest Jacked's overall shape and proportion give him an edge when both men are in peak condition.

Dauda vs Jacked: head-to-head comparison

The numbers tell a different story than the recent hype around Andrew Jacked's physique.

As per Fitness Volt, Samson Dauda holds a commanding 5-1 edge over Jacked, across six shared contests dating back to 2022. That includes four separate Mr. Olympia showdowns, where Dauda has consistently finished ahead.

Their most recent meeting came at the 2025 Mr. Olympia, where Jacked placed third and Dauda fourth—one of the rare times Jacked finished ahead. Before that, Dauda beat him at the 2025 Arnold Classic, the 2024 Mr. Olympia, the 2023 Arnold Classic, the 2023 Mr. Olympia, and their first meeting back in 2022.

Dauda still holds the bigger trophy. He owns a Mr. Olympia title, something Jacked has yet to capture, despite four Olympia appearances of his own. Jacked, however, has claimed three Arnold Classic titles to Dauda's one.

The physique debate may be trending toward Jacked, but head-to-head on stage, Dauda has been the more consistent winner.

It remains to be seen who this year's winner will be.
