Yes, you read that correctly, the supermodel loves to snack, and the evidence is all over her Instagram page. The German beauty shared a BTS clip from her reality TV show Project Runway, where she was comfortably snacking on potato chips.

And this is not the first time Klum has been caught snacking. Back in 2023, she and her AGT co-judge and actress, Sofia Vergara, were seen enjoying some munchies between shots.

Earlier this year, Klum shared a video of herself enjoying a nice massage, and what relaxed her even more was a bowl of potato chips sitting right next to her. All this evidence is proof that even top models aren't immune to tasty goodies.

But these snacks are just occasional treats; overall, the AGT judge is careful about what she eats. Instead of opting for rigidity and restriction, Heidi Klum’s approach to fitness is built on consistency. She combines a steady workout routine with a preference for whole, simple foods and a lot of snacking.

In fact, during an interview with Buro 24/7, the supermodel revealed that she eats a lot, but only the right things. She also pairs her diet with a disciplined workout routine. Although not a big fan of exercise, she stays active with activities like hiking, trampolining, circuit training, yoga, and tennis.

Heidi doesn’t follow any specific diet, although her preferences have changed over the years. The only thing consistent is her commitment to eating healthy.

Klum eats three big meals every day, preferring home-cooked meals. She makes sure to eat dinner with her kids at 6:00 pm.

It is even reported that Klum follows a Nordic diet, meaning her diet includes foods like berries, vegetables, seafood, and whole grains.

According to her dietitian Oz Garcia, AGT Judge's usual breakfast includes three organic scrambled egg whites with spinach, green peppers, spring onions, and parsley. She pairs it with a small bowl of fresh fruit and tea without milk. Sometimes she likes to drink smoothies.

Her lunch includes turkey with basmati rice or quinoa and stir-fried vegetables. And she ends her day with salmon with lemon and garlic, and a mixed green salad with broccoli florets and cucumber dressed with olive oil.
