Here's How Sadie Sink Trained For 'Stranger Things'- Workout and Tips

Stranger Things is back for season 5, and Sadie Sink is right up in the action. While her character is in a coma in the real world, she's still waging a war inside Vecna's mind.
And it's not just fights against Vecna. With Sadie Sink confirmed in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, we might see her take on more fights.
But what does Sadie Sink do to stay fit and ready for any roles that come her way? Let's take a look.
What Sadie Sink's workout routine looks like
Saidie mostly prefers her workouts outside the gym. As a result, her preferred choice is Yoga. However, that doesn't mean Sink doesn't do traditional strength exercises.

Sadie likes bodyweight exercises a lot, such as push-ups, pull-ups, which give proper upper-body strength, and for the core, she likes to do crunches most of the time.
Her body circuits mostly contain push-ups, mountain climbers, double crunches, leg raises, planks and side planks, squats, lunges, glute kickbacks, high plank leg lifts, fire hydrants, skater lunges, hip thrusts, and alternative lunge reaches, performed in three sets of 30-second intervals with short rest periods.
What Sadie Sink eats
Sink is a vegan and follows a very simple diet. While working with Woody Harrelson for The Glass Castle, Harrelson inspired her to become a vegan. Since then, she has found a cafe in Atlanta that serves her favorite vegan chicken and waffles.
Outside of this, her diet mainly avoids sugar and leans towards low-carb and high-protein, including vegetables like spinach in lasagna or eating butternut squash. She drinks plenty of water throughout the day to keep herself hydrated.
