Here’s How Toni Briedinger Trains and Eats Before a NASCAR Race at 26
Toni Breidinger, at 26, has made history by becoming NASCAR’s first celebrated Arab-American female competitor. The San Francisco-born star has appeared in multiple NASCAR races and earned appreciation.
For her, every race is a new challenge, and she approaches those challenges by building endurance and focus. Toni herself says to FLAUNT, “Honestly, it’s like an entire body workout that you have to prepare for.” So, it is time to see how Toni Breidinger gets ready before every game.
Her workout routine
Toni Breidinger’s workout routine highlights her tough sports mindset. She dedicates two times a day to training. In those sessions, she focuses on endurance, control, and building strength. Breidinger’s exercises are not designed to look only fit.
They are designed to handle the excessive pressure the race demands. Sometimes people think this sport is all about sitting and steering, she said, “it really takes a lot more than that. A lot of people think it might just be arms, but I have my legs get tired in a race”.

She also prefers explosive training. In a recent Instagram update, she is seen to do plymetric exercises, like box jumping. Such exercise helps her improve speed and power. These are also beneficial in reacting quickly and staying focused while racing.
Toni also regularly tracks her nutrition with the help of fitness apps. This technique helps her monitor progress. By tracking her macros, Toni tries to keep her physique race-ready.
Toni’s diet
Toni follows a nutritionist-curated diet. In one YouTube video from “Teen Vogue,” she mentioned, “When I'm training, and I'm a few days out from a race, I try to have a lot more protein and fats in my diet. So this is the tempeh bolognese that I meal-prepped. It has red lentil pasta, so there's a bunch of protein in here.”
Hydration is a key part of Toni Breidinger’s diet. As a racing driver, she always needs energy, so she prefers the energy drink Celsius. She also stated that “[Celsius] gives me the energy to take on the day! And it literally tastes tropical, too.”
To boost her immunity, Toni always carries Emergen-C tablets, “I'm always on the go, and these are perfect for travel to help keep my immunity up,” she admitted. Her diet allowed her to replenish energy and nourish herself to compete in the sport.
