DC Studios has pulled back the curtain on its highly anticipated “Supergirl” film, set to release in June 2026. This time, Milly Alcock is playing the Last Daughter of Krypton. With around 1.9M Instagram followers, she shows us that you can conquer the hearts of millions with your talent.

Besides her acting in films like The School, Milly attracts attention for her toned, fascinating physique. So, now we are going to see how her workout routine and diet helped her become a “Supergirl”.

Milly Alcock's Workout Schedule

Milly’s workout routine focuses on building stamina and overall fitness. These movements include exercises like strength training, core-building workouts, and cardio. She mostly exercises for 50 to 90 minutes per session.

Her workout starts with a short 15-20-minute stretching session to warm up her body for further training. She dedicates 3 days to her strength training. Starting from Monday, she performs lunges, Bulgarian split squats, and side-to-side planks.

On Tuesdays, she includes jump lunges, dumbbell triceps kickback, medicine ball pushups, and oblique twists. The next day, her schedule includes exercises such as dumbbell row, squats, overhead press, reverse lunges, and bicycle crunches.

Then on Thursday, she prefers low-impact cardio training. For that, she follows exercises like squat to jab, knee smashes, start jump, reverse lunges front kick.

Her Friday is all about core training. On this day, she performs 6-8 reps of each exercise for optimum results.

Saturday, the 6th day of her workout, is dedicated entirely to yoga. She performs the Birdge pose to strengthen the back and spine.

Diet to recharge

Milly Alcock follows a well-balanced diet curated by experts. She follows a protein- and fiber-rich diet and avoids high-carb, sugary, and fatty foods. Hydration is a key part of her routine, as this helps her maintain metabolism and overall fitness.

Alcock is not following a vegan diet. Her breakfast includes a slice of toast, blueberry waffles, and a protein shake. Her lunch is usually rich in protein. Milly prefers barbequed vegetables, a cup of brown rice, and a slice of chicken breast.

For dinner, she consumes Miso soup with steak, broiled salmon, and kidney pie. Milly Alcock believes in healthy snacking indulgence, so she eats Greek yogurt, mixed berries, trifle, and baked apple chips during her snacking time.

So, have you got any inspiration from this Supergirl routine?
