How Melania Trump Stays Fit and Healthy at 55?

Melania Trump, the USA's First Lady, has a very different approach to health and lifestyle from POTUS Donald Trump, and her diet plays a significant role in keeping her lean and fit at 55.

Melania consumes a simple and nutrient-rich diet, which begins with a healthy morning drink. She starts her day with a nutrient-packed smoothie, which includes blueberries, carrots, fat-free yogurt, and apple juice.

The former First-Lady prioritizes fruits in her everyday meals, including her favourite peaches and apples. She commits to eating seven fruits every day. Even though she is focused on maintaining a healthy diet, at times she indulges in a few cheat meals. But thoroughly controls the portion intake.

Melania spoke to GQ in 2016, where she revealed that she wears ankle weights while doing her household chores, which helps her burn 5 - 15% more calories than doing everything without the weights.

Tennis is another important activity in her fitness routine, and she delves into it mostly on the courts of Mar-a-Lago. Pilates sessions help her keep her posture and movements fluid.

Melania’s routine may look effortless, but it’s built on discipline, consistency, and small daily choices that quietly add up. Hence, she knows that a lot is wrong with Donald Trump's diet, and she also cares about correcting it.

Melania Trump Teamed Up With Robert F. Kennedy Jr. To Change Donald Trump’s Diet

Considering the amount of responsibilities on Donald Trump's shoulders, it isn't surprising that he doesn't pay much heed to his diet. Trump's love for fast food franchises like McDonald's and KFC is well-known.

As a result, Melania felt the need to influence him to eat healthier, and she chose the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., as his comrade for this task.

According to a report by Page Six, an insider confirmed their alliance, stating, "RFK Jr. and Melania are ‘ganging up’ on the President-elect to eat more healthily. Think fewer Big Macs and less KFC, and more lean protein, salad, and veggies for energy and to improve his overall well-being.”

Kennedy Jr. has been a key figure in Trump's presidential campaign and was later elected Secretary of Health and Human Services. According to his initial proposals, he will fight against processed foods and hopes to ban them from school lunches.

In Melania’s case, she’s been trying to encourage Donald to eat more by cooking for him and hoping that he will eat more healthy stuff.

The report also said, “Melania has, on occasion, been cooking family dinners at Trump Tower for the president and their son, Barron. She’s also encouraging him to make healthier choices.”

With Melania and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. reportedly stepping in, Trump's shift toward healthier habits might be on the horizon.

But given his long-standing fast food habits, do you think he will be able to shift his diet to a healthier one?
