Hudson Williams Reveals One Thing He Wants To Match Connor Storrie At

Playing a hockey player is no easy job, and Hudson Williams knows that well. And just to prepare for the show, Williams has to put as much time in the gym as he does behind the camera.
While speaking to Men's Health magazine, Williams, who got his big break in the hit TV show Heated Rivalry, opened up about his training routine and shared that his top three focuses were his chest, biceps, and glutes.
"I want to get as big as he was in the first season ’cause I think that guy is going to just eat so much protein. He’s going to ascend. He’s going to show up looking like an Olympia, Mr Olympia."
During filming, he would often workout with Storrie, and when the show came out, fans wanted to know the secret to Storrie's glutes.
Both his parents were bodybuilders. And early on in his childhood, Connor Storrie took up gymnastics. "I do a lot of dumbbell squats, like elevated dumbbell squats so I go really deep. That’s kind of it. My parents have big butts."
And while talking to Vogue magazine, Storrie finally revealed the secrets behind his glute gains. The secret: elevated sumo squats.
How is Hudson Williams Going to Match Connor Storrie?
"I want to get bigger, juicier, thicker — I want to get big ass shoulders. I want to put on 10 pounds of muscle."
During the interview, Williams was seen working out in the gym, walking the audience through his workout routine, which included the following exercises:
- Dumbbell flies for chest width
- Lying dumbbell curls for bicep isolation
- Bulgarian split squats for leg and glute hypertrophy
- Seated one-arm cable rows for lat stretch and contraction
- Tricep extension for triceps hypertrophy
- Lateral raises for the shoulder lateral head.
