On May 27, a YouTube channel named “The Sunday Times Style” released a video introducing their brand-new podcast series, “The Beauty Desk,” hosted by Sarah Josel. The fashion and beauty mogul Victoria Beckham appeared in the first episode of that series.
According to Women’s Health, in the episode, she said, “I think I’ve spent my whole life feeling that I [wasn't] good enough.” The Lady Beckham further explained, “I now accept the way that I look. I just want to be the best version of myself. I want to be healthy. I want to be fit. And that’s about it.”

Talking about her workout, she said, “I don't do anything differently now with regard to my workouts. In fact, I do more now than when I was 20 and 30.” Beckham revealed that on the day of the episode's shoot, she woke up at 6:15 and worked out before waking her daughter, Harper.
She then said, “[David and I then] make Harper breakfast... and then David will take her off to school.” After that, she went to the gym, which her husband later joined, so they could work out together. After her gym session, she usually showers and gets ready for the office.
The guest judge on “Project Runway” takes care of the fundamentals. She said, “Looking after yourself, making sure that you are drinking enough water, you’re sleeping enough, and working out and eating as healthily as you can. Those basic things are so important.”
Along with the basics and exercise, Mrs. Beckham also follows some wellness hacks to stay toned and fit in her fifties.
