On May 10, the official YouTube channel of bodybuilder Jesse James West released a video titled “Trying Tom Brady's Anti-aging Morning Routine.” The video covered the morning routine of 7-time Super Bowl champion Brady.
Brady retired from professional football in 2023, but he still follows an intense training routine to stay fit and healthy. When James West asked how many days he works out in a week now, Brady answered, “Man, I'm always working out. Probably too much.” He also revealed that he avoids taking days off from his workouts.

Tom Brady’s diet
The veteran football player follows a very healthy and nutritious diet. Brady follows a diet called TB12. He even wrote a book in 2017 titled “The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance.”
According to Today.com, he follows a plant-based, anti-inflammatory diet and adheres to the 80-20 rule. 80 percent of Brady’s meals are plant-based, while 20 percent of his diet is animal-based.
