Inside Jennifer Aniston’s Home Gym- Design, Equipment & Full Setup

Jennifer Aniston's $14.8 million mansion has a clear centerpiece: her home gym. The space is a wellness haven, blending thoughtful design with a fitness routine born from injury recovery. It reveals a unique approach to staying active.

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, the FRIENDS star revealed her passion for redecorating and building cozy spaces.

"I love putting homes together and creating spaces. I can walk into a house and see what it needs. And it’s a fun process. Some people dread it. It can break up relationships. I thrive during that process."

Although Jennifer Aniston's whole house is beautifully decorated, it's her home gym that stands out for its thoughtful and functional design. It is designed to combine aesthetics with functionality and to reflect the actor's approach to fitness.

Rather than creating a stereotypical gym space, she has a more versatile, compact design with easy equipment that integrates well into the overall look of the home.

It has floor-to-ceiling mirrors that make it feel expansive. You can use it to check your form and enjoy the illusion of endless space. The natural light complements the floor-to-ceiling windows and also goes well with the light walls and natural wood tones, giving it the look of a wellness retreat.

The floor is covered with rubber mats to protect the equipment. It is also equipped with a wooden built-in cabinetry to store all the essentials Aniston needs during her workouts. Also, the gym has a TV to keep her entertained while working out.

A key feature of Aniston's home gym is its multi-functional equipment. She has a collection of Pvolve equipment (a company she became a partner at in 2023), which she began using while recovering from a back injury. She has a P-band she uses for rows and curls. She likes her P-ball, which she uses to isolate her small muscles during exercises.

The 57-year-old is in love with her P.3 Trainer, which is basically a combination of resistance bands and straps, which, according to her, help elongate and strengthen her entire body. Besides those, her light ankle bands strengthen her legs and core, and the gliders increase stability during workouts.

Jennifer Aniston's workout routine

The Hollywood icon shared her workout routine on Instagram, and most of it revolves around Pvolve. Her go-to routine is called sculpt and burn, which, according to her, can 'hit every part of your body pretty efficiently.'

"I love the way we start the workouts with a big heart-opening (pose), getting into a staggered stance, then opening our arms and twisting to get our joints all warm and mobilized."

Besides her Pvolve classes, she also does some cardio and light training that involves equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands, as well as a medicine ball, kettlebells, resistance machines, and a core roller. Her routine involves:

  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Farmer's carry
  • Walking
  • Cycling
  • Rowing
  • Swimming
  • Bending
  • Twisting
  • Pulling and pushing
