Lara Trump is known for her political connections. But her intense fitness regimen is what's really turning heads. The former RNC co-chair follows a brutal CrossFit workout designed to push the limits of endurance, and that's just the start.
According to Health Digest, Trump completed a brutal training session and, early in her career, worked as a personal trainer. To stay in shape, she follows an intense training routine called the “CrossFit Murph workout.”

According to the article, Trump previously posted a video on her Instagram account demonstrating the method:
- 1 mile running
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 squats
- Again, 1 mile running
This shows her determination to maintain her health.
In fact, on January 20, the mother of two posted a short video on her Instagram captioned, “BTS of what it takes to bring My View to you each week 💪🤣 Happy Monday!” The post also reads, “Grab a friend & try Lara’s CrossFit partner workout!” She completed 4 sets of movements.

Lara Trump Practices Endurance Sports
The daughter-in-law of the US President also participates in triathlons and marathons. A triathlon is a multisport endurance event, which typically includes:

In an interview for The Trump Organization, Trump discussed her motivation and said, “As someone who likes to have goals to strive toward, I like to compete in triathlons on a regular basis. It makes going for a run, bike ride, or swim that much more meaningful while I'm doing it.”
She also enjoys participating in marathons and once revealed that she completed the 26.2-mile New York City Marathon in just 4 hours. According to an article on Nicki Swift, in 2017, when Trump was pregnant with her first child, she even took part in the Las Olas Triathlon.
