Inside Michal Krizo’s Hardcore Diet & Supplement Stack Ahead of NY Pro 2026

Michal Krizanek, or Michal Krizo, secured his seat for the 2026 Mr. Olympia by winning the British Grand Prix Pro in 2025, but currently, he is following a strict diet and supplement intake routine for the 2026 New York Pro.
On February 23, Krizo posted a video on his YouTube channel titled “THIS IS EVERYTHING I EAT at 11 Weeks Out!” It detailed the specifics of his supplement intake schedule and preparatory diet for the upcoming contest.

The “Slovakian Monster” revealed that he focuses on a protein-rich diet and consumes 7 meals a day. Here are their specifications:
Meal 1: Breakfast
- 2 whole eggs
- 300g of egg whites
- 130g of cream of honey
- 40g of honey
Meal 2
- 350g of potatoes
- 330g of salmon (weighed raw)
Meal 3: Pre-workout
- 120g of rice
- 250g of chicken
Meal 4: Post-workout protein shake
- 50g of honey
- 75g of protein powder
Meal 5
- Water
- Steak
- Boiled Rice
- Steamed broccoli
Meal 6
- 120g of rice
- 200g of chicken breast
- Broccoli
Meal 7: Last meal/dinner
- 20g of peanut butter
- 200g of egg whites
- 50g of protein powder
When it comes to fruits, Michal Krizo prefers fresh items such as apples, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas.
Michal Krizo's Supplement Stack
Apart from eating healthy food, Krizanek also uses supplements and vitamins to prepare for the contest, and he takes them daily. Here are the types of supplements he uses:
- Multivitamin
- For Liver protection and recovery (supplements from Limitless Biochem)
- BPC 157
- TB 500
- TUDCA (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid for liver support)
In the video, the bodybuilder said that he chooses Scitec Nutrition for regular supplements. The types that he prefers are:
- Citrulline
- Arginine
- Creatine
Krizo also shared that he generally drinks a protein shake after a workout. It includes 10g of creatine, 60g of protein powder, and he also adds 40g of honey to it.
