Inside Olivia Dunne’s Fitness Routine: How the Former Gymnast Stays in Shape All Year

Olivia Dunne has risen from an elite gymnast to a global sensation. She got a crossover moment in 2023 by debuting in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. Two years later, in 2025, she again made noise on the internet by featuring on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s cover.

Olivia Dunne has more than 10 million followers across Instagram and TikTok, and she has been seen sharing TikTok videos highlighting her workout routine.

In that video, Olivia Dunne is seen starting her workout with 60 seconds of jumping jacks. She also did exercises like split squats, jumping lunges, and cross-body mountain climbers. According to her, one needs to do two rounds of these workouts to make it effective.

She also shared her strength training approach with Women's Health earlier in 2025. "I got started with strength training because it helps so much, not only in my gymnastics career, but my everyday life. It empowers me and makes me feel strong and confident," Dunne revealed.

For a warm-up before workouts, Olivia Dunne walks on the treadmill. Her next workout contains some challenging movements like tricep V-ups. Performing some sets of this exercise can help one get abs by strengthening their core.

For stunning, and she also does flutters for 3 to 4 minutes. After this, she does some lower-body workouts by staying on her back. Her lower-body exercises switch between bicycle reps, tricep V-ups, and leg lifts. In the end, she prefers to do some planks.

For instance, in 2023, she shared a video on TikTok captioning, “enjoy a cherry with me.” In that video, one of her fans asked her if cherries are Olivia Dunne’s favorite fruit. In response, she said, “They're up there on the list.”

In 2925, she also admitted to Women's Health that, “I think the way you fuel your body is really important. I feel better than ever right now. Eating enough protein, putting enough fruits and veggies into your body. It's got me to my fitness goals, and it's helping me look the way I want to look.”
