Tom Hiddleston's fighting and chasing scenes from ‘The Night Manager’ season 2 are one of the biggest USPs of the show, but the 44-year-old had to go through an intense training routine to condition his body for them.
Hiddleston's character, Jonathan Pine, is a spy and has a ripped physique to make things look real. To achieve the appearance, the Kong: Skull Island actor delved into circuit-style training and several more exercises, including bodyweight movements, compound movements, and condition-focused exercises.
