The Fantastic Four actress, Jessica Alba, has an Instagram fan following of 21.8 million followers. In a recent post, the American actress captured fans' attention as she looked more toned and sculpted than before, reaching her mid-forties. 

On May 13, Alba dropped some photos and a video on her Instagram, captioning it “Get it done.” In the post, she was seen doing basic exercises. For instance, to target his arms, she used a pair of dumbbells to do some bicep curls and their variations. For cardio, Alba was spotted doing static cycling.

At 45, she maintains a fit physique with the help of regular exercise. According to Women’s Health, Alba’s trainer, Betina Gozo Shimonek, once revealed her training routine. 

The “Good Luck Chuck” actress's training mainly targets:

  • Dynamic movements
  • Unilateral control
  • Lower body
  • Isometric movements 
  • Strength training

Shimonek revealed that the full-body workout for the mother of three is divided into various stages:

Warm-up

  • Bear plank hold (20 seconds)
  • Unilateral hip bridge (10 reps each side)
  • Beak plank taps (20 seconds)
  • Unilateral leg lift (10 reps each side)
  • Hip rocks (Forward, Angle, Side, Transverser - 10 each side)

First set of exercises with 15 lbs weight (2 rounds)

  • Rear foot elevated split squat (10 reps each side)
  • Unilateral hip-bridge hold with chest press (15 reps each side)
  • Rear foot elevated Romanian deadlift (10 reps each side)

Second set of exercises (2 rounds)

  • Bird dog row with 12 lbs (12 reps each side)
  • Tall kneeling curl to overhead press with 12 lbs (12 reps each side)
  • Copenhagen side plank (20 seconds each side)

Finisher exercises (3 rounds)

  • Plank hold (20 seconds)
  • overhead slam (20 lbs and 20 reps)

Cool-down movements

  • Stretching
  • Foam roll

With regular movement and exercise, Alba maintains her fitness.
