Julia Fox’s Workout Routine and Diet Behind Fit Physique- Daily Habits and Schedules

Actor, writer, and fashion designer Julia Fox rose to global fame after her breakout role in Uncut Gems. Now 35, she is recognized for her bold fashion and unfiltered personal narrative. Unlike most celebrities, Fox openly speaks about her childhood, troubled teenage years, and her redemption.

She owns every chapter of her story, past and present, and that control extends to her health practices as well. As a mother, Julia Fox’s lifestyle has evolved significantly, and here is a direct look at her workout routine and diet.

Julia Fox's workout routine is quite different

Back in 2024, Julia Fox was accused of undergoing liposuction. For those of you who are unaware, this is a procedure designed to remove localized fat deposits from specific areas of the body. Why was she accused? Due to her chiseled midsection in Charli XCX’s first musical performance.

Taking to her Instagram story, the actor cleared the air around the acquisitions, “I'm seeing a lot of speculation about my abs. Some are saying I had lipo. Some are saying that I am a man. I swear to God, I just go to Solidcore. I got to Solidcore, like, almost every day. And if I don't go to Solidcore, I have this machine that I got on the TikTok Shop that I use.”

So, what’s Solidcore? It is a high-intensity, low-impact strength-training workout that is performed on a custom-built reformer-style machine that uses slow, controlled resistance movements to fatigue the muscles and build body strength.

A Solidcore membership varies by location and plan, but on average, it costs approximately $89–$115 per month for four classes.

When it comes to heavy workouts, that’s the catch: her lifestyle is so physically demanding that she believes she doesn’t need a gym membership.

“I feel like my whole life is just one big exercise. I have friends who hit me up to work out, and I’m just like, “Really? That’s what you want to do? You don’t want to just lie down and binge ‘Desperate Housewives’ with me?” she said in a conversation with the Wall Street Journal.

Now that her workout routine and stance on heavy training are clear, let us shift our focus to her diet.

Julia Fox's diet doesn’t include any supplements

Liposuction was not the only procedure the Uncut Gems star was accused of. She was also alleged to have used Ozempic, an FDA-approved prescription medication primarily indicated for people with type 2 diabetes that is also known to support weight loss.

But again, the reality is much different. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight back in 2023, the actor revealed that she “works hard" for her body. “All these people are coming for me, saying that I take the weight-loss things … people are saying that I'm taking Ozempic or whatever it's called.”

She added, “I'm not, and I never have. I would never do that. There are diabetics that need it.”

Seemingly, harsh supplements are not something the star would like to inject in her body, and on the contrary, she clarifies that she makes sure she eats fresh and healthy.

What are your thoughts on this? Those of you familiar with Solidcore, share your experience, and those not, would you try it?
