Karren Brady, 57, underwent a body transformation with a consistent workout routine & fitness rules
At 57, Karren Brady is giving Hollywood starlets a tough competition, and it's all thanks to her fitness routine and healthy habits.
The British business executive and television personality got candid about her weight loss, crediting her routine built on regular exercise and long-term lifestyle changes for the transformation. According to Fabulous Magazine, her routine is based on consistency and maintaining realistic fitness habits that go well with her busy life.
"Losing weight is easier than maintaining it, but I’ve been making healthy and sensible choices, which is important as you get older. I cycle or walk everywhere, too," she told the magazine.
Despite speculation of using Ozempic for her weight loss, Brady has strongly denied the allegation of relying on any medication or rapid solutions. She has maintained that her weight loss is a result of healthy choices and maintaining a consistent training routine.
The Baroness has built a structured but flexible workout routine that mainly includes cardiovascular exercise and strength training. She typically works out three to four times a week, and instead of sticking to fixed days, she works out whenever her schedule allows her. Her workouts have everything from cardio and weights, with occasional swimming.
In addition to exercises, Brady keeps herself active with physical activities like walking and cycling. In fact, she has previously walked up to two miles a day and continues to stay active through regular movement.
'I've been called too fat, too thin, and everything in between. I've had a lifetime of it. 'All I want is to feel strong, physically and mentally.'
A key motivation behind her weight loss was becoming a grandmother in 2024. Her wish to become a 'fit, healthy grandma' motivated her to prioritise her fitness and overall health. After that, she started exercising and focusing on her diet, with an emphasis on longevity.
Two morning workouts that keep Karren Brady healthy
Workouts don't need to be long to be effective; a short and simple one can also do wonders. Karren Brady has two morning routines that have helped her lose weight and maintain it.
In one of her Instagram posts, she wrote, ''Starting my morning off right at @davidlloydclubs,' as she stepped into the gym and shared her routine.
Lower body:
- StairMaster to improve her quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves
Upper body:
- Shoulder press machine to improve her front and side deltoids, while also engaging her triceps, upper traps, pecs, and abs.
