The Uncrowned Prince of Bodybuilding, Kevin Levrone, has recently revealed a soft, touchy side that often remains hidden behind his 57-inch chest.

On July 7, Levrone shared an Instagram post in which he highlighted his softer side by reflecting on the lasting impact of helping children.

Levrone said, “The biggest and most important muscle we will ever build isn’t found in the gym… It’s the heart.”

Later, he added, “Looking back at this moment with the kids from Grant A Wish reminds me what true strength really means.”

This sentiment underscores Levrone's belief that physical achievement pales beside human connection. In the short clip, Levrone was seen distributing “Fullblown” T-shirts to children from Grant a Wish, aligning with the bodybuilder’s dedicated philanthropic efforts, through which Levrone has partnered with organizations to uplift and support children in need. 

It is vital to note that Full Blown was a music band fronted by Levrone, who has a love for music.

In the Instagram post, Levrone also added, “The trophies, the titles, the stages—they all fade with time. But the lives we touch, the smiles we create, the hope we give… that lasts forever.

A strong body can inspire people, but a strong heart can change people. The greatest gift we have is the ability to lift someone else up, especially a child who needs a reason to believe, smile, and keep fighting”.

Levrone believes that real greatness is measured by kindness and what one gives back to society and added, “Wherever the mind goes, the body follows… but it’s the heart that leads the way”.

While Levrone inspired his fans by sharing an old charitable clip, he is also associated with many other philanthropic organizations and activities.

Levrone, a 2-time Arnold Classic winner (1994, 1996), has taken steps to help students and people in need.

• Kevin Levrone Cambodia School of English: This NGO was founded by Levrone and his family in 2020. Its main goal is to provide free English education to underprivileged children near Siem Reap, Cambodia.
• Global motivational outreach: Levrone uses his platform to promote self-discovery, discipline, and spiritual grounding. Through campaigns like the UNKROWNED KING series, he continues to motivate thousands to improve their lives.
