Since then, the couple has been a constant presence on red carpets, openly supporting each other at high-profile events. Beyond their celebrity pull, one thing is clear: both are exceptionally fit.

Timothée Chalamet Secret to Lean Physique
The Dune sensation follows a well-balanced routine that avoids extremes, neither too heavy nor too light, but is built around consistency and control. As per Sarah Chen, his former wellness coach, “Timothée views his mornings as sacred ground.”
She further added, “He believes that how you spend your first waking hour determines your mindset for the entire day, so he protects that time fiercely from outside demands.” Unlike other stars, Chalamet doesn’t start his day immediately hitting the gym, but rather, he goes for a walk through his native New York City.
This habit keeps him physically fit and also lets him enjoy everyday life, “Walking the streets of New York is like a daily baptism in reality,” Chalamet once told Film Quarterly. “It’s impossible to take yourself too seriously when you’re just another person waiting for the crosswalk signal.”
As stated earlier, Chalamet likes to keep everything as simple as possible. Slow walks, digital detoxes, and time spent around the pages of old books define his daily routine. And what about his eating habits? Well, those are quite simple as well.

Unlike Chalamet, who keeps things simple, Jenner is a different breed altogether. Her upper-body workout is an absolute beast of a routine.

As per the sources, Jenner works out three times a week in her own home gym with a personal trainer, but sometimes she likes to take things outside as well. As revealed by Khloe Kardashian, “She prefers doing outdoor workouts because it’s more distracting and feels nice to be in nature.”
