Wheels recently shared an Instagram video where he attempted a 585-pound shoulder press- successfully.
The post, captioned, “My HEAVIEST Shoulder Press Attempt,” highlights Wheels’ evergreen personality and ‘never-give-up’ attitude.
Wheels has consistently built his strength with the help of powerlifting and bodybuilding-style drills while performing squats, overhead presses, deadlifts, and other strength training exercises.
Furthermore, he believes in following the philosophy of progressive overload, training with heavy weights and high intensity. He also places a massive priority on rest and recovery, as it helps him improve muscle mass and strength.
