Lauralie Chapados Reveals Shocking 2,174-Cal Arnold Diet!

While every 2026 Arnold Classic competitor is preparing for the contest in their own ways, the three-time winner, Lauralie Chapados' 2,174-calorie preparatory diet for the competition stands out from the rest.

On February 18, Chapados posted a video on her YouTube channel, in which she explained her "Full Day of Eating," amounting to an intake of 2,174 calories. 

The 30-year-old eats 5 meals per day to fuel her intense workout and other activities. Here are the specifications of each of her meals:

Meal 1: Breakfast

Chapados consumes the same breakfast daily, which includes

  • 40g Oatmeal
  • 100g Blueberries
  • 1 whole egg
  • 125g of egg whites
  • Coffee
  • A glass of water

Meal 2: Preworkout meal

Chapados adds protein and carbs in this meal, which helps to provide energy during training. This meal includes

  • 5 Oz Jasmine rice
  • 4 Oz Norwegian salmon
  • 100g of veggies

Meal 3: A post-workout shake

To replenish her energy after the workout session, she includes a protein shake

  • 4 Oz of frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 25g of protein powder (Peanut butter candy flavour)
  • 1 scoop of glutamine
  • Water

She also added a pinch of salt, cinnamon powder, and some stevia for taste.

Meal 4: Evening meal

  • 100g of vegetables
  • 5 Oz jasmine rice
  • 5 Oz of 93/7 ground beef
  • Water

For seasoning, Chapados uses salt to taste, chipotle tabasco sauce, and Crazy Jane seasoning. 

Meal 5: Last meal (Dinner)

The 3x Arnold Classic winner's last meal consists of protein and green salad, which supports her recovery and muscle hypertrophy. This meal includes

  • 5 Oz of jasmine rice
  • 100g of salad (lettuce, salsa, and celery sticks)
  • 4 Oz of ground turkey

To season her salad, she uses garlic and herb seasoning, and she adds “southwest taco seasoning mix” to season her ground turkey. 

In a day, before the Arnold Classic, the Canadian IFBB Pro eats high macros, which include

  • Calories- 2174 kcal
  • Carbs- 224g
  • Fats- 60g
  • Protein- 169g
