Lee Priest Rips Hany Rambod for Dropping Hadi Choopan

Hadi Choopan is back in the spotlight. On February 20, Beyond The Stage TV reported a shocking twist, claiming Choopan and longtime coach Hany Rambod may have ended their six-year alliance.
As the story gained momentum, bodybuilding veteran Lee Priest stepped in. The Arnold Classic is just two weeks away from happening, and it appears Hadi Choopan is in a tough spot after suddenly losing his coach.
“From what I have heard from Hadi’s team, though this has been a difficult time for him, he is still bringing the Hadi wow factor sitting at 2 weeks out from the Arnold’s,” the Instagram caption read.
In the comments, Lee Priest has sent a fiery statement against Hany for leaving Choopa during his hard times, “Hany knows Hadi how long? Knows how he is. Where his heart is with his people. Shows Hanys true colours to dump him. Hadi's better off without him.”
So, why is all this happening? The real reason is unknown at the moment, but speculation suggests it may be due to Choopan’s silence regarding the recent fiasco in Iran and his perceived closeness with the country’s leaders.
However, nothing can be confirmed for now. That said, this is not the first time Priest has supported Hadi.
Lee Priest Defends Hadi Choopan Amidst Arnold Classic Removal Call
Nick’s Strength and Power reported that Hadi Choopan drew criticism from fans when a photo of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was spotted as his phone’s lock-screen image. However, according to Priest, just because he had the photo that doen’t mean he supports them.
“It’s easier to sit back in the comfort of the country you are in now because you left that country at least Hardy could live anywhere, but he chooses to live in that country. You other people are just pathetic cowards,” Lee Priest shared. “Hadi doesn’t owe anybody anything.”
Well, despite the support, it appears that Choopan will find it hard to regain his momentum this season, but what are your thoughts on the hubbub?
