Logan Paul Shares an Update on His Recovery Process & WWE Return Timeline
Logan Paul is recovering steadily from his gruesome injury that took place inside the ring last month. Additionally, 'The Maverick' recently updated fans that he would be getting back to action in less than a week.
On June 7, Paul shared a carousel of snaps on his Instagram that displayed what his post-injury recovery routine looks like. The caption to his post provided an update about his recovery, as its initial sentence read, "Yeah, recovery is going well."
While he lamented the hindrance in his WWE career due to the injury, the YouTuber-boxer also expressed gratitude for the time he was spending with his family.
However, the next part of Paul's caption implied that he wanted to get back in action soon. He also provided a timeline for the same, penning, "But for now, I told my wife I probably have another 2/3 days of bitching and moaning. I think that’s fair. Then I’m gonna get back to kicking ass & manifesting my reality cuz this is all a simulation anyway."

'The Maverick' went into further details of his recovery process in a video that he shared on X on June 9. It displayed the specific activities and measures he is taking to get back to normalcy as soon as possible.
Here's a look at them:
- Waking up at 8 a.m. with an elevated arm to control the swelling
- Has a creatine and PRIME shake and unwraps the bandage
- 15 mins of ice pad with the arm on a support
- 20 mins of red light therapy to boost tendon healing
- Bandage and brace come back on for a 90-min Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber session.
- Physical therapy by dropping and catching soft balls
On the May 23 edition of WWE's Saturday Night's Main Event, Paul and Austin Theory, representing The Vision, took on The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) with the World Tag Team Championship on the line.
Late in the match, Dawkins attempted a top rope maneuver and landed on Paul's awkwardly flexed arm, causing his triceps tendon to tear completely off the bone.
However, 'The Maverick' still completed the match and even defended his and Theory's World Tag Team Titles. He underwent surgery a couple of days later and has been out of action since then.
But while Paul mentioned that he will get back to action in "2/3 days," it probably isn't the timeline for his return to the ring.
Logan Paul might take much longer to return to the ring than he wishes
The initial part of Paul's Instagram caption revealed that he wants to make 2026 his year with stellar in-ring performances. But while its final section said that he would return within 2/3 days more, fans might have to wait much longer to watch him inside the ring.
Following his injury, Paul uploaded a YouTube video that displayed the backstage footage after he finished the match with his tricep torn off the bone. It showcased him receiving an immediate check from an official of the WWE medical team.
While Paul's wife Nina Agdal assured him about getting him the "best doctors" and "treatment" on a call, 'The Maverick' questioned the medical staff, "How long is the recovery [timeline] in this? How long?"
The answer arrived, "Six months," followed by a scream of disgust from Paul.
Well, there might be cases where WWE stars recovered from their injuries in a much shorter span than expected. But it hasn't even been a month since Paul sustained the injury, so it's quite apparent that the "2/3 days" that he mentioned might be the timeline for his return to training, not his return to the ring.
But do you think he will be able to cut his recovery time of six months and return to the ring earlier than expected?
