Logan Paul Shows the Recovery Tool He Uses After Workout

Logan Paul's tricep tear forced him to rethink recovery entirely. The internet celebrity-turned-WWE superstar sits atop the wrestling throne with his high-flying style and merciless pace. Being at the top of the fighting food chain comes with a clear cost: physical damage and injuries.

Naturally, recovery stays at the top of Paul's priority list. His recent YouTube video with fitness personality Jesse James West opened the blinds on what that routine might look like, and a pulsating secret tool in his $32.5 million mansion.

"After refueling with dinner, next up on Logan's routine is to come inside and do some recovery," West shared, who followed Paul's routine for a full day.

After a taxing day of answering business calls and brutal workout sessions, complete with cardio and strength training, the Prime co-founder resorts to a PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy.

The bed sends electromagnetic waves through your body, as West explained, which helps stimulate cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and relieve chronic pain.

As West tried the machine, he immediately felt a tingling sensation, especially in areas that had previously been injured. However, as rewarding as the PEMF machine is, the sensation is probably not the most comfortable.

"It feels good in the way that doesn't feel good at all," Paul's statement perfectly encapsulates the experience.

The athlete then followed it up with a rooftop cold plunge, ending his long day. While this routine feels elaborate, his latest freak injury explains the why behind it.

Logan Paul reveals the searing WWE freak injury

What seemed to be a fairly victorious night for 'The Vision' in their Tag Team title defense against the 'Street Profits', the May 23 Saturday Night's Main Event turned lopsided with a front flip attack gone wrong.

The strike immediately left Paul grabbing his left arm in agonizing pain. Later, a tricep tear was diagnosed, requiring surgery. The WWE star is still on his 6-month recovery timeline. And by the looks of it, the injury is nothing minor.

Speaking on his Impaulsive podcast, he explained how this injury was different.

"I've been injured so many times, I knew immediately. You can hear, listen closely to when it happens, you can hear me, I'm not selling like a wrestler, that's real pain. I knew in that moment, I'm f-----."

The fighter and his tricep tear remain under the radar. And beyond recovery and rehab, there's not much the grappler can do about the ordeal.
