Tom Stoltman has the power to impress people just by standing in front of the camera.

The Scottish Strongman recently shared a picture on Instagram from his gym, and it was enough to get his fans buzzing. In the video, all Stoltman did was turn around and flaunt his enormous size with Chemical Brothers' 'Galvanize' playing in the background.

Nicknamed 'The Albatross' for his massive arm span, Stoltman is a well-known figure in the Strongman world. He is a three-time World's Strongest Man champion and four-time Britain's Strongest Man champion.

Stoltman was diagnosed with autism at the age of five and struggled with bullying in school. By age 16, he had hit an all-time low. It was then that his older brother Luke stepped in and introduced him to the gym. Stoltman told Variety,

“At the start, I was just doing the 20kg bar, and the next day I’d be so sore.”

However, he soon started to enjoy lifting weights.

Now he can run holding a 200kg atlas stone and deadlift 350kg for 12 reps without breaking a sweat. He trains every day religiously and maintains a heavy diet for his physique, which cannot be handled by anyone other than a Strongman.

He starts his day with eight boiled eggs with cheese and mayonnaise on sourdough for breakfast, followed by two meals of spicy ground meat and rice before he begins training at 12.30 pm. It may seem bizarre, but it is the same diet that helped him win so many championships.

“A lot of people think strongmen are fat guys lifting one rep. But you can be fit at any shape or size. I’ve pulled two monster trucks.”

This year, in February, the 31-year-old took home his fourth Britain's Strongest Man title with a total of 54.5 points, particularly excelling in the Circus Press Medley and the Bag Toss events. All thanks to his massive physique.
