Mark Wahlberg’s Intense Leg Workouts at 57 Grab Attention From the Internet

Mark Wahlberg's '4 a.m. club' workouts are well known to his fans. His latest leg day video, however, caught the attention. The 57-year-old actor challenged a professional golf instructor to keep up, and the reactions that followed showed exactly how intense the session was.
On March 24, Mark took to Instagram to share a video of himself training with Lucas Wald, challenging him to a leg workout. The video opens with them pushing on bikes, followed by leg extensions, calf raises, a TRX row, and ending with a hack squat.
