Mike O’Hearn’s Son Trains With Master Cezar Galvao in Taekwondo Drill

Mike O'Hearn's son, Titan, is adding another feather to his cap, and he's learning Taekwondo from the master himself.

Being an athlete's son means you will be exposed to the fitness culture very early on in your life. And that's exactly how Titan O'Hearn's life has been lately. At just 7 years old, Mike O'Hearn's son is already learning multiple martial arts disciplines and championing them. And he just picked up a new discipline.

Mike O'Hearn shared a video on Instagram featuring his young son, who was busy learning Taekwondo drills from his teacher, Master Cezar Galvao. In the video, the younger O'Hearn was learning some leg work, and took the drills so seriously that he almost knocked out his master. Much to the amusement of his father. who sounded impressed behind the camera.

Galvão is a Brazilian martial artist and a Taekwondo instructor. He is a 6th-degree black belt in Taekwondo and has been learning and teaching the discipline for decades. He has represented Brazil in several international competitions, won multiple titles, and also won several South American titles. Galvão also won a gold medal at the 2013 U.S. Open in Las Vegas.

And now it seems like he has found a talented pupil in Titan O'Hearn. The young boy has been on the training mat since he was in diapers. In 2023, O'Hearn's father shared a video of the then 4-year-old performing some basic Martial arts movements. O'Hearn wrote in the caption that he would raise Titan to become a peaceful warrior.

But his talents don't stop there.

Titan O’Hearn: The All-Rounder

If Mike O'Hearn's videos are to be believed, then Titan O’Hearn is an all-arounder. He is a karate champion and also a gymnastics prodigy. In fact, O'Hearn Jr. is still in his elementary years and already enjoys training with his dad. It is especially cute to see the father-son duo doing strength training together.

In December last year, the four-time Mr. Universe shared a video of himself where he was guiding his son through several exercises like:

  • Barbell overhead press with low weight
  • Assault bike or Air bike
  • And a couple of movements with the help of a medicine ball

In the video, O’Hearn was seen giving his son some useful training tips, like maintaining a journal to keep track of reps and sets, and calculating his consistency. O'Hearn also revealed that his son starts his day with a work out, morning swims, tumbling, wrestling, or foot drills.

In fact, the little Titan has reached a huge milestone; he qualified to compete in the 80 lbs division at the California State Wrestling Competition.

What do you think of Titan O'Hearn's martial arts prowess?
