Milos Sarcev’s Incredible Physique at 62 Leaves Jay Cutler, Andrew Jacked, and the Bodybuilding World Amazed
Former Mr. Universe, Milos Sarcev, may have retired in the early 2000s, but his physique still looks competition-worthy.
At 62 years old, Sarcev turned the heads of bodybuilding heavyweights across the industry when he took to his Instagram account to upload a montage of himself posing before a mirror.
The caption to Sacrev's post read, "Just out of the posing room.
62."
Sarcev shared a similar post a year ago ahead of his 61st birthday on January 17, with a caption that read, "I decided to give it my best effort leading up to my birthday on January 17, just to see what I could accomplish." Well, his physique says that he has actually accomplished a lot in a year.
The biggest break of Sacrev's career came in 1989, when he won the Mr. Universe, and he later placed 10th at the 1998 Mr. Olympia. Despite retiring in the early 2000s, he still trains hard and eats clean.
Beyond competing, Sarcev helped shape the Men’s Open, playing a key role in the rise of former Mr. Olympia Samson Dauda, whom he trained before the Nigerian claimed the title. Well, his recent escapade caught the public's attention.
Noted Bodybuilding Legends appreciated Milos Sarcev's Physique at 62
The comments section of Scarev's recent Instagram post got flooded with reactions from regular fans, including a few famous names in the sport.
The 4x Mr. Olympia winner, Jay Cutler, led the charge, saying, "Ha ha, good to see you back at it, brother." Flex Wheeler chipped in with, "This is a product of living THAT LIFE!!!!"
Even Dennis James jumped into the conversation with a simple, "Let’s go."
The Serbian competed at the highest level for two decades, sharing stages with legends like Dorian Yates and Ronnie Coleman.
Well, even at 62, Milos Sarcev remains healthy through consistent workouts and a disciplined diet. Given that, what are your thoughts on his physique?
