Milos Sarcev’s Incredible Physique at 62 Leaves Jay Cutler, Andrew Jacked, and Others Amazed

At 62, Milos Sarcev is still turning heads in the bodybuilding world. The former Mr. Universe recently posted a physique update on Instagram that drew praise from icons like Jay Cutler. The post proves age is just a number for the veteran.
In the video, he was seen flexing his muscles and flaunting his ripped physique. What was amazing about the video was that Sarcev is 62-years-old and still manages to stay in great shape years after retiring from his career.
Milos shared a caption that read, "Just out of the posing room. 62."
Now, the physique shouldn't be a surprise. Sarcev has been one of the biggest supporters of the fit-for-50 challenge, where people over 50 took up workouts to stay in shape.
And while Sarcev's biggest achievement was his Mr. Universe title, he was able to coach Mr. Olympia winner Samson Dauda in his 2024 title push.
After Sarcev posted his, bodybuilding icons made sure to express their admiration for Sarcev's dedication and left encouraging comments.
One of the commenters was 6x Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler, who wrote, "Ha ha good to see you back at it, brother." Another admirer was Andrew Jacked, who accepted Sarcev's dominance by sharing the 'hands up' emoji.
7x 212 Mr. Olympia winner Flex Lewis also couldn't stop himself from commenting, 'This is the product of living THAT LIFE.'
What's Milos Sarcev's take on the Arnold Classic 2026 line-up?
Milos Sarcev and former bodybuilder turned podcaster Dennis James recently sat down for a YouTube video to choose their top 3 picks of this year's line-up of the Arnold Classic.
With defending Olympia and Arnold Classic champion Derek Lunsford deciding to step away this year, the throne is open for a new king.
